At ShareLadakh.com, we’re passionate about crafting unforgettable adventures in the Himalayas. We also understand that plans can change. Here’s everything you need to know about our cancellation policy.
  • Tours Cancellation :
  • 100% Refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour starts.
  • 50% Refund if you cancel 24–48 hours before the start time.
  • No Refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.

(Note: Some premium experiences or third-party activities may have stricter terms, which will be clearly communicated during booking.)

  • Cancellations by ShareLadakh (Weather, Safety, or Low Participation) :
In rare cases where we must cancel a tour due to bad weather, road closures, safety issues, or minimum group size not being met, guests will be offered a:
  • Full refund
  • rescheduling, subject to availability.
  • Force Majeure & Emergency Situations :
For cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, we’ll do our best to offer a refund or credit, depending on the situation and partner policies.
